- National Claims Recovery Suspends New Claims Processing
National Claims Recovery has brought to our attention the homes in our subdivision may qualify for a tax free class
action settlement because of the “Defective Hardboard siding” installed on our homes.
National Claims Recovery has acted on the behalf of thousands of homeowners nationwide recovering millions of dollars.
We handle the claims process from start to finish, aggressively pursuing the most substantial claim available to all homeowners who qualify.
We are compensated only if you receive a settlement. There is no out of pocket expense to you. You will get a FREE
board by board inspection from the court appointed inspector! If your home was built between 1990 and 1999 it may qualify under the following suits:
Williams v. Weyerhaeuser or Foster v. ABTco.
To see if your home qualifies, please contact local Littleton Representative: Kim Taylor (719) 778-9226.
